The initial project plan projected a cost of $150,000 due to the difficulty of replacing a badly clogged and deteriorating 3″ drainage line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The drainage line\u2019s location in an elevator shaft and the extent of blockage made the project even tougher, potentially disrupting building operations and daily activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution: a game-changing fix at a fraction of the cost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FORMADRAIN approached the project with its proprietary trenchless technology, Formapox 101 fiberglass and epoxy composite cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), which allowed the team to clear and reline the drain without interrupting excavation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After thoroughly cleaning the pipe with state-of-the-art tools, FORMADRAIN experts installed the liner, giving the drain a second life. This slashed the original estimated costs for completely swapping the drain for a new one by 90%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
