Two feature articles have been published by Trenchless Technology, North America’s leading underground construction magazine, featuring two Formadrain licensees and the Formadrain lateral lining system. The articles are both online and will also be in TT’s print editions.
Projects done by Towpath Pipe Restoration out of Binghampton, New York, and Forage 3D from Quebec are featured.
Forage 3D rehabilitated a 200-foot section of the old and crumbling combined sewer in the iconic Chateau Frontenac hotel in Quebec using Formadrain’s proprietary pulled-in-place, steam cured epoxy liner.
The whole story about how the job came about and how the rehabilitation was done is here.
Towpath’s project involves lining a large storm sewer system under a manufacturing plant in New Britain, Connecticut as the last part of a 20-year environmental rehabilitation of the property. The project which just wrapped up involves lining 848 ft of storm sewer that runs under the 145,000-sq ft plant, including 23 laterals.
The article containing details of the project can be found here.
