Where quality liners start.
The fiberglass layers are wet out with the epoxy, wrapped around a rubber mandrel, and wrapped in polyethylene to protect it. It is then U-folded and taped to hold it tight. Finally, it is rolled onto a spool ready to go to the jobsite.
Where simplicity and durability come together.
The liners can be pushed or pulled into place between any two access points (clean outs, manholes, etc.). Pulled-in-place is often the preferred method as two lifelines are available for adjustments. The pulled liner will easily negotiate Ts, Ys, and bends of up to 90 degrees. Our liners also adapt to any diameter upsizes.

When time and quality matter.
Another of FORMADRAIN’s unique features is that once properly positioned, the liner is cured with pressurized steam for a short time. It only takes 45 minutes to cure the Formapox 101 resin, and 2 hours for the Formapox 301 high chemical-resistance resin.
The quality of the curing is very important to ensure a strong and durable material, as processes using ambient temperatures do not provide the same results. FORMADRAIN has been steam curing since 1994—and we’ve performed advanced tests to ensure a 100% optimal (minimum) curing time of the lining in the ground for maximum quality.
Our equipment was developed in a cold climate in which steam is essential for year-round work and productivity. The unit can produce 80 psi of steam in less than 5 minutes. Even if the job is completed in a warmer environment, the resins cure very quickly, giving ample time to carry out the cure. Even with this large window of time, the lining is 100% cured within 45 minutes, 100% of the time.

EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
FORMADRAIN custom builds three different sizes of trailers and fully equips them for a spot-on job every time: two 350,000 BTU steam units (700,000 BTU total) with a steam regulator and safety switches, two 500 ft. one-ton winches, all hoses, connectors, ropes, compressor, push rod, and much more. We can even mount equipment on skids, if needed.
Installers are thoroughly trained by FORMADRAIN in-house engineers in their own shop and on site at real jobs. They are provided with direct telephone access to FORMADRAIN engineers every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
Our engineering team is also available for municipal engineers and public works officials for end-to-end support on upcoming or existing projects.
