Need a heavy-duty CIPP solution? Then you’ll need fiberglass liners for extra strength. Our steam-cured liners have a field-proven track record in eliminating the mess and cost of traditional dig-and-replace as well as performance issues generated by conventional CIPP methods. Because they are 5 times stronger than ASTM standards, our thin VOC-free epoxy and fiberglass liners are ultra-strong and practically indestructible.
Adjustable to bends, off-set joints and size transitions, our liners require little measurements and can be installed in any weather conditions. Thanks to FORMADRAIN, you can slash your cure times from overnight into minutes.
Our trenchless process
The fiberglass layers are wet out with the epoxy, wrapped around a rubber mandrel, then wrapped in polyethylene to protect it, U-folded and taped to hold it tight and then rolled onto a spool ready to go to the jobsite.
The liners can be pushed into place with only one access point or pulled into place between any two access points (clean outs, manholes, etc.). Pulled-in-place is often the preferred method as two lifelines are available for adjustments. The pulled liner will easily negotiate Ts, Ys, and bends of up to 90 degrees. Our liners also adapt to any size transition.
Once in place, the steam line is connected to the mandrel. Steam pressure is applied for the indicated time span. The finished product is exceptionally uniform and wrinkle free.
