FORMADRAIN is a true no-dig technology. It is a steam-cured, fiberglass and epoxy system that is pulled in place or pushed in place through existing pipes. This means it is used to repair underground pipes without digging. With no excavation, it can perform lateral repairs, lateral-main-connection (LMC®) repairs, spot repairs, and process piping repairs.

STANDARD LINERS
UNBEATABLE PERFORMANCE
Formapox 101 is our standard FORMADRAIN® lateral liner, which is made from a watertight, thin, yet extremely strong composite material and our specially formulated resin. The liner is bright blue in colour.
Formapox 101 is the mainstay of our pushed- or pulled-in-place, steam-cured, fiberglass and epoxy underground pipe repair system. As with all our epoxies, we can line sizes going from 2 to 48 inches (50 to 1,200 mm) in pipe diameter. The repair is so thin that pipes sustain their original flow capacities, even with a liner installed in such small diameters.
Diameter upsizes are no match for Formapox 101 either. They are lined without having to determine where the transition is in the pipe.
Working time required:
Offering the lowest material cost on the market, the Formapox 101 liner is cured with steam provided by a 700,000 BTU steam unit built to accommodate most repair sizes. It handles a 4-hour working time, which makes preparation much easier for your crew. Your team will never have to rush things or cut corners ever again. The steam will cure every single watertight repair within 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on pipe size.

FORMAPOX 301
DESIGNED FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS
Our Formapox 301 industrial liner was created for most industrial applications. It has been designed for extreme conditions, such as strong acids (e.g., sulphuric acid), strong bases (e.g., caustics), and strong solvents (e.g., petroleum applications). The liner is gray once installed.
Formapox 301 is used for all types of repairs, including spot repairs or full-length pipe renewal. Repair diameters range from 2 inches (50 mm) to 48 inches (1,200 mm).
It has the same bidirectional weave fiberglass as the Formapox 101 liner, but it has been developed to withstand harsh chemicals. During the steam curing of the liner, a high level of cross-linking of the Formapox 301 resin occurs, producing a chemically stronger liner which can be used at elevated temperatures up to 250°F /120°C.
Working time required:
For optimal chemical resistance, a 2-hour steam cure is required to produce a chemically and mechanically superior repair that is thin—all while being extremely strong and watertight.

Working time required:
Our Durapox steam-cured epoxy liner can sit 60 days without curing. It can be installed on the installer’s schedule, not the working time of the liner. Once the Durapox liner is inserted, it is steam cured in 60 to 120 minutes. The entire job can take just 4-5 hours.

The Durapox 501 has all the high-performance mechanical properties and cure times of the standard Durapox line. The difference? It is a two-part CIPP steam-cured resin. You get our resin in two parts, which means you can control when you mix it! Because the resin remains “fresh,” it maintains its properties—and drips less once it is applied. Perfect for faraway jobs!
