Formapox 101 is our standard no-dig CIPP system, which is made from a watertight, thin, yet extremely strong composite material and our specially formulated resin. The liner is bright blue in colour. It is the mainstay of our pushed- or pulled-in-place, steam-cured, fiberglass and epoxy underground pipe repair solution.
The details
As with all our epoxies, we can line sizes going from 2 to 48″ (50 to 1200 mm) in pipe diameter. The repair is so thin that pipes sustain their original flow capacities, even with a liner installed in such small diameters. Diameter upsizes are no match for Formapox 101 either. They are lined without having to determine where the transition is in the pipe.
Working time required
Offering the lowest material cost on the market, the Formapox 101 liner is cured with steam provided by a steam unit up to 700,000 BTU, if required, built to accommodate most repair sizes. It handles a 4-hour working time, which makes preparation much easier for your crew. Your team will never have to rush things or cut corners ever again. The steam will cure every single watertight repair within 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on pipe size.
